Joel has been an agent with Coldwell Banker Realty for his entire 12-year real estate career, beginning in the Ventura County area as an agent in the offices that he will now manage. Joel most recently conducted his real estate sales as an agent in the Calabasas office and successfully mentored and assisted in training multiple “Rookie of the Year” agents. He thoroughly believes in the brand and what is possible for all agents who affiliate with Coldwell Banker Realty.  As manager, Joel looks to assist each agent with their own specific needs and provide blue glove service support through himself and the local branch staff.

Joel is a Texas native who moved to California in 2003. Prior to considering a real estate career, he was a top performing salesperson and ultimately a manager in the automotive industry. Integrity and building relationships with all people led him to becoming a very respected realtor throughout the San Fernando/Valley.
